Kim has extensive experience starting and scaling companies. Among other things, he has started several online stores, he was involved in the creation of helthhjem online store (owned by Schibsted) in the early phase and is the owner and former general manager of Lettbutik AS.
Evin Müller brings with him 18 years of valuable experience from the Armed Forces, with a primary focus on operational missions and complex projects. This has given him a broad expertise in diverse leadership roles, and a unique ability to collaborate with diverse people. With a solid military background, including officer and project education, along with an MBA, Evin adds valuable expertise to WeAssist. He is a solid supporter of our employees and customers. In addition to his military experience, Evin has also been involved in various investments in real estate and corporations, both in the start-up and scaling phases.
Kasper is the general manager of Denmark. Previously, he founded and built up BatterMedia ApS, which in 2024 was merged with WeAssist. Kasper is an expert in paid social media advertising. He has 3 years of experience as brand manager at Head Danmark with a focus on sales and brand building. In addition, he has lived 7 years as a professional skier, had 7 years on the board of the Danish Ski School, and generally been a big part of the development of Danish skiing in the last 10 years.
Gabija holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Vilnius College Of Design in Lithuania. Background from freelance and in-house, with main focus on branding and illustration.
Jonas comes from the event industry with experience in sales, management and administrative support. Wide experience from working with people in different industries and always ready for a good chat.
Antonio is our senior designer with 6 years of experience in design and specialization in UX/UI. With a background ranging from freelance to inhouse, he brings a broad expertise to the team. As a project manager at WeAssist, he works closely with his dedicated team to deliver the most innovative and visually stunning projects. Ruben has a degree in marketing and sales management and has worked in several companies both with sales management, marketing and strategy. He takes an interest in relationships both professionally and privately, and has a passion for building companies through good growth strategies and hard work.

Towards the end of 2022, We Assist AS was founded by Kim Kaasene, with a vision to help companies in the Nordic countries scale to new markets and increase their profitability.
To strengthen the company's foundation, he joined Einar Brandsdal, known as the owner of Blivakker and Cocopanda, as co-investor. At the same time, Erik Olstad was elected Chairman of the Board, and together they laid the foundation for a growth company with a clear international focus.

Operationally speaking, in 2023, We Assist consisted mainly of Kim Kaasene and a small team of freelancers with various specialist skills who were based in Lillestrøm.
The company was in an intensive learning and testing phase, in which various platforms and methodologies were thoroughly evaluated to define the core functions of the company. Throughout the year, We Assist experienced steady growth. The aim was to assemble a team with the right skills for further scaling and the first recruitments of full and part-time employees were carried out. These individuals became an important success factor for the company's further growth.
We Assist AS establishes a department with an employee in Vilnius, Lithuania.

2024 marked an important turning point for We Assist, as the company itself expanded internationally. Through a strategic partnership with the Danish performance marketing agency Batter Media ApS in 2023, owned by Kasper Bisgaard, this partnership turned into an acquisition.
We Assist AS established We Assist ApS, where We Assist AS owned 55%, and Kasper Bisgaard owned the remaining 45%. This expansion strengthened the company's presence with a new office in Copenhagen, increased turnover and added valuable expertise in digital marketing and performance marketing.
Christian Frost Røine will join as a shareholder and board member.

In 2025, We Assist took a new strategic step by acquiring We Assist ApS in its entirety. Kasper Bisgaard's ownership was transferred to the Norwegian company, and We Assist AS became the sole owner of the Danish business.
With this, We Assist Group was formally established as an overall governing body, with responsibility for the company's further growth and development. This will ensure a strong structure for management, strategy and expansion, and facilitate further growth in the Nordic region and Europe.
We Assist becomes a member of e-Waves, a network that provides access to valuable expertise and resources in digital commerce and aims to help Norwegian online stores scale internationally.
As part of We Assist's growth strategy, it has been decided to establish a local presence in Sweden in 2025 and Germany in 2026. This is part of a long-term plan to strengthen the company's position as a leading partner for international scaling and expansion for businesses across Europe.
