Project

At the end of 2022, eCouture was facing a significant challenge. Their digital presence was weak, with advertising strategies relying on ad hoc solutions without a clear plan or structure. Recognizing the need for a strategic realignment, WeAssist embarked on the task of redefining eCouture's digital narrative.

In January 2023, we embarked on a journey to shape eCouture's digital history. This involved a deep understanding of the brand's core values, the development of targeted strategies for their unique target audience, and the use of data-driven methodologies to ensure maximum return on investment. Key initiatives included:

  • Drawing up a detailed plan for content and ads.
  • Define audience segments for optimal targeting.
  • Establish a test framework for rescheduling your ad account, including ads, audiences, campaign strategies, ad captions, and more.
  • Implement a manual approach combined with algorithmic precision for ad optimization.

The strategic journey led to significant successes:

  • ROAS improved from 3.88 to 8.79 from January to April 2023.
  • A 5-fold increase in budget breakdown.
  • Cost per acquisition sank by 83.81%, from 627.23 to 101.53.
  • Results were maintained and improved throughout 2023.
