Oxe Projekt AS provides services in connection with the rehabilitation of commercial buildings. Including tenant adaptations, upgrades or replacements of technical facilities, modernization of facades, etc. Oxe ProJEKT assumes responsibility as a contract manager, i.e. an extended project manager role that looks after the builder's role towards the contractors. Oxe ProJEKT ensures that all subcontractors are exposed to competition, not just one general contractor.
